We currently deliver to the following countries and regions:

• Switzerland

• Worldwide (e.g. USA, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Australia)

Shipping costs

• Germany & EU: Shipping is free of charge

• Switzerland & non-EU countries: shipping costs are calculated automatically in the checkout - depending on delivery address, weight and product size

• Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees are not included in the purchase price and must be borne by the buyer

Delivery time

• Germany & EU: approx. 5-7 working days

• Switzerland & international: approx. 7-21 working days, depending on region, shipping method and customs clearance

• In exceptional cases, shipping to certain countries may take longer - especially in the event of high capacity utilization, customs delays or shipping by forwarding agent

Shipping service provider
Shipping is carried out by reliable logistics partners such as DHL, UPS, DPD, FedEx or freight forwarders, depending on the country of delivery and item size.
You will receive an email with shipment tracking after shipping.

Delivery address
Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and complete. Subsequent changes are no longer possible after shipping.

Customs duties & import taxes for international deliveries
For deliveries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, UK, USA, UAE etc.) additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply. These are based on the regulations of the respective country and are to be borne by the buyer.
